Day 1–3: Ketchikan – Gateway to the Inside Passage
  • Arrival: Fly from Seattle to Ketchikan

  • Stay: 3 nights at Cape Fox Lodge (downtown, ocean-view rooms)

  • Highlights:

    • Mahoney Lake UTV Off-Road Safari – a backcountry ride through rainforest trails

    • Misty Fjords Flightseeing Tour – scenic floatplane flight over fjords, waterfalls, and alpine lakes

    • Great Alaskan Lumberjack Show – local culture in town

  • Evening: Explore Ketchikan’s harbor and Creek Street boardwalk

Day 4–6: Juneau – Glaciers and Whales
  • Travel: Overnight ferry from Ketchikan to Juneau (Alaska Marine Highway, private cabin)

  • Stay: 3 nights at Baranof Downtown Hotel

  • Highlights:

    • Mendenhall Glacier Ice Adventure – guided canoe paddle and hike near Mendenhall

  • Travel: Ferry from Skagway to Sitka via Juneau (overnight ferry with cabin)

  • Stay: 1 night at Sitka Hotel

    • Fortress of the Bears & Totem Park Tour – local wildlife and Native history

  • Departure: Fly Sitka → Seattle
